General Manager – Manufacturing* Join Us to Build the Future: Are you a visionary leader with a passion for building from scratch? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as the General Manager for establishing our brand-new facility in Chennai, India! As our General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a talented and diverse team in setting up and operating the facility
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our business goals
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the facility
• Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in transforming this new facility into a thriving and efficient operation. You will need to possess exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

We are expecting you are an Indian resident, and:

• University degree or above, major in management science or Electronics related discipline. MBA is desired.
• Adequate knowledge of operations management in electronics manufacturing, such as production processes, quality control, engineering, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a senior management role, with at least 5 years specifically in a leadership position in the Indian market.
• Working experience within an international/ multicultural working environment, German company working experience is desired.
• A proven track record in managing business units with full P&L responsibility.
• A track record of success in leading a group of 100+ people, the ability to develop and manage teams successfully.

• Collaboration and Influencing Skills.
• Language - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Regional Language Tamil is plus.
