We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Manual QA Tester to join our remote team in India. Job Description: As a Senior Manual QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our game frontends. Your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly test our slot games by playing them, evaluating the visuals, animations, game logic, and feature functionality. You will work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and help resolve issues before the games are released. Experience managing teams or mentoring junior testers is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Game Testing:
• Play through game titles to rigorously test all aspects of the game, including visuals, animations, game logic, and features.
• Validate that the game operates smoothly and meets quality standards across various devices and browsers.
• Issue Identification & Documentation:
• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Document detailed test cases, bug reports, and reproducible scenarios using established tools and processes.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure that identified issues are understood, prioritized, and resolved.
• Provide clear and actionable feedback to support continuous improvement in game quality.
• Process Improvement:
• Contribute to the development and refinement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Mentorship & Leadership:
• Optionally manage or mentor junior testers to build a high-performing QA team.
• Lead by example in problem-solving, initiative, and self-motivation in a remote work environment.

• Manual Testing Expertise:
• Proven experience in manual testing of game frontends, with a strong focus on gameplay, visuals, animations, and feature functionality.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the highest quality in game performance and user experience.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• Experience working remotely, demonstrating reliability and accountability in a distributed team environment.
• Leadership (Preferred):
