*Overview* Our client a provider of automotive parts is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be fluent in English and French. *Duties** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. * Provide Pro Active updates to customers regarding shortages or delays * Capture and log delivery times and provide reports. * Be a team player that can work effectively with Operations Dept. *Skills** Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills(both in English and French). * Proven experience in customer service. * Ability to communicate fluently in English and French. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and Excel * One Year Experience in Transportation. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. * A team player who can also work independently as well as within a team.
