This role involves accurately recording financial transactions in accounting software. Responsibilities include processing invoices, payments, and receipts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and preparing and processing journal entries. Additionally, the role requires reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. The incumbent will assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, and prepare and analyze various financial reports as needed. Data analysis will involve identifying trends and potential issues, with the subsequent preparation of reports for management on the company's financial performance. Furthermore, the role will require assistance with audits and tax filings, while maintaining the confidentiality of all financial information. Finally, the incumbent will be expected to assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
