Staff Nurse (Surgical Day Ward)

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Staff Nurse (Surgical Day Ward) to join our team and contribute to our high standards of patient care. Operational Management:

• Performing and carrying out nurse care services as per standard operating procedures and policies.
• Anticipating potential risk and executing appropriate action to ensure a safe environment.
• Demonstrating operational knowledge of nursing procedures applicable to the area of assignment.
• Assuming a leadership role for others to prepare and assist them with their responsibilities in the unit.

• Ensuring completion of all competencies and orientation checklist within the stipulated time frame.
• Addressing customer complaints promptly.
• Exceeding set standards and quality in nursing care rendered.
• Attending in-service programs organized by the hospital and keeping nursing knowledge and skills up to date.

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Malaysia Nursing Board.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in related fields.
