  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations
Key Responsibilities:*

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and databases
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Process employee benefits, leaves, and time-off requests
  • Develop and implement effective filing and record-keeping systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
