Retail Customer Service Associate

• Stay updated on brand product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service, inform customers about promotions, and highlight best-selling items.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store meets brand guidelines and attracts customers.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure proper execution of store opening, closing, and sales transactions per brand SOPs.
• Maintain care of stock, inventory, mannequins, and store items at all times.
• Work closely with the inventory & merchandising team to prevent stock losses through stock counts and receiving processes.
• Represent the company by adhering to brand standards.

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, no experience is encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the retail/sport retail related field is an added advantage for this position.
• Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Highly motivated with good insight of customer service.
• Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work according to retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays.
