Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at ICM. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and services. Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills
- Financial market knowledge and understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Strong presentation and networking skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus
