Senior Quality Control Specialist (Chemical Background)

Job Description

• "Novochem" is a factory for manufacturing and marketing chemical and petrochemical construction materials that used in building and construction industries and backed-by a group of companies and investors.
• Our products are manufactured according to the most recent recognized standards worldwide with consulting of Egyptian and European Expertise.

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with international and local quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Supervise and train QC team members.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing and quality reports.
• Collaborate solidly and effectively with production and R&D teams to enhance product quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Quality Control field, preferably in construction chemicals or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
• Proficient in laboratory testing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
