The foundation operates several targeted healthcare initiatives in India, including pediatric oncology, palliative care, amputee assistance, maternal and neonatal health, and infectious diseases. As part of its Tuberculosis Initiative , JDF provides TB medicines and diagnostic support to patients in need, working in collaboration with major government TB treatment centers across India. Job Overview: JDF is seeking two full-time Social Workers to support the TB Initiative in Delhi. Each social worker will have distinct responsibilities aimed at ensuring effective patient management, program coordination, and on-the-ground support. We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support our TB program through patient data management, counseling, and field coordination. This role involves working closely with TB patients, tracking their treatment progress, and ensuring effective program implementation through hospital visits and collaboration with healthcare providers. Frequent travel to TB treatment centers, hospitals, and community sites is required to ensure on-the-ground support and coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of TB patients and track treatment progress.
• Counsel patients on treatment adherence and provide emotional support.
• Conduct patient follow-ups and ensure medication availability.
• Visit TB treatment centers and hospitals to assess and improve patient care.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff and stakeholders for program execution.
• Generate reports and assist in program documentation.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in patient counseling, social work, or healthcare coordination.
• Experience with TB or infectious disease programs is preferred.
