Quantity Surveyor (Curtain Walls/ Door) JM50

Job Description : Cost management of projects. Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims. Procurement of contractors and suppliers. Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors. Prepare, negotiate and agree final accounts. Familiarize oneself with the use of internal reporting systems “OA” and “SAP”. Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities. Prepare Sub-Contract Documents. Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications. Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc. Attend meetings as and when required. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirement : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
