We’re a fast-growing real estate team based in Bahrain, looking for a self-motivated, organized, punctual and detail-oriented Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our crew. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, organized team in a flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential & commercial properties. - Build new clientele of landlords/tenants/buyers/sellers and maintain strong client relationships. - Provide expert advice on the market, pricing, and trends. - Coordinate property showings, negotiations, and paperwork. What We’re Looking For: - Proven sales & leasing experience (real estate background is certainly a plus!). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Organized, presentable and punctual - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target oriented, hybrid work environment. - Self-starter with a passion for real estate with no objections against daily/weekly reportings to the department head.
