- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our organization’s and clients’ goals.
- Create comprehensive content calendars to ensure collaboration across teams for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and measure the performance of content and campaigns, recommending improvements based on insights.
- Write and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Craft narratives that align with clients’ brand messaging and engage their audience.
- Develop content strategies based on client objectives, user personas, and current market trends.
- Create content calendars and publishing schedules to guide content execution.
- Understand client needs, audience preferences, and pain points to drive content relevance.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Partner with clients, designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to deliver cohesive projects.
- Ensure content aligns with overarching brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Promote content through social media, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Explore partnerships and guest posting opportunities to expand reach.
- Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics to assess success and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance results.
- A degree or diploma in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Proven experience with content creation, strategy development, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and a basic understanding of search engine marketing (SEM)
- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent planning and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with user behavior research and user experience design principles.
- Experience in email marketing and managing successful social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of advanced SEO techniques, keyword research, and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and marketing automation software.
