THE POSITION In your role, as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (full cycle) recruiter capable of building and managing your own desk; you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of clients and candidates introducing them to new exciting opportunities that you uncover which will make a lasting impression on their career.
- Sustain and grow current business by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the decision-makers.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching new customer groups, new clients and new business strategies.
- Formally meet with potential clients and make convincing proposals and presentations in order to secure new business and achieve established sales targets
- Actively gather competitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups, competitors with government departments.
- MUST HAVE direct sales, business development or cold calling experience
- You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
