Product & Client Coordinator

Location: STPI, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Maharashtra) Experience: 1-2 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Product & Client Coordinator to act as a bridge between our clients and internal product development team. This role requires a basic understanding of technology, SDKs, APIs, and software development, along with expertise in Jira and project management. You’ll handle client interactions, requirement gathering, technical discussions, and meetings, ensuring smooth collaboration between external clients and our product team. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, understand their technical requirements, and provide product guidance.
• Manage and track issues, feature requests, and project progress using Jira.
• Conduct technical discussions and meetings, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams.
• Gather feedback from developers, document API/SDK requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Work closely with the product team to align developer needs.
• Stay updated with developer tools, frameworks, and industry trends to better support our clients.
• Act as the go-to person for client troubleshooting, onboarding, and technical queries.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients, product managers, and engineering teams.

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical project management, product coordination, or developer relations role.
• Basic understanding of SDKs, APIs, software development workflows, and developer tools.
• Experience using Jira to manage projects, tasks, and client requests.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both developers and non-technical clients.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in developer relations (DevRel) or product management for dev-focused tools.
• Background in software development or familiarity with programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
• Experience in SaaS or B2B developer tools.
