Role Description We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Lecturer for a full-time, on-site internship role at Dhaumya Academy, Gurugram. The Chemistry Lecturer will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring students as they prepare for competitive exams like NEET and JEE. The position involves teaching both organic and inorganic chemistry to classes of 40+ students, simplifying challenging topics, and ensuring a clear understanding of concepts. The role also includes creating high-quality study material and administering assignments and quizzes to evaluate and enhance student understanding. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, expertise, and innovation to the classroom, inspiring students to excel. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and impactful lectures in organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.
• Develop and implement a well-structured chemistry curriculum aligned with NEET/JEE exam patterns.
• Create comprehensive study material, including notes, problem sets, and practice questions, to support students' learning.
• Administer assignments, quizzes, and periodic tests to track and improve student performance.
• Foster an interactive and disciplined classroom environment for a batch of 40+ students.
• Address individual student doubts and provide personalized guidance to help them achieve their goals.
• Stay updated on competitive exam trends and incorporate innovative teaching strategies.

• Strong background in Chemistry, with expertise in organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.
• Proven experience in teaching chemistry to large classrooms of 40+ students.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills to simplify complex concepts.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Master of Education (M.Ed.) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in coaching students for NEET/JEE or similar competitive exams is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to a dynamic, high-energy teaching environment.
