Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct daily reconciliation of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies promptly.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve reconciliation issues, ensuring effective communication with finance, accounting, and operations teams.
  3. Analyze variances between accounts and provide detailed reports to management, highlighting trends and potential risks in financial data.
  4. Maintain up-to-date documentation of reconciliation processes and procedures to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.
  5. Utilize specialized software tools to automate reconciliation processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  6. Monitor and review bank statements, ledger entries, and other financial documents for accuracy and consistency.
  7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation reports for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommending corrective actions.
