Mig Welder

Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and experienced MIG Welders at various levels (Fresher, Junior, Senior, and Supervisor) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of MIG welding techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work with various metals. Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and experience requirements for the respective roles. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Fresher (0-1 year experience):
   1. Perform basic MIG welding tasks under supervision.
   2. Assist senior welders in preparing materials and workspaces.
   3. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
   4. Learn and apply welding techniques as per training.
2. Junior (2-3 years experience):
   1. Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
   2. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
   3. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
   4. Troubleshoot minor welding issues.
3. Senior (5+ years experience):
   1. Lead welding projects and ensure timely completion.
   2. Train and mentor junior welders.
   3. Perform advanced welding tasks with minimal supervision.
   4. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Supervisor (10+ years experience):
   1. Oversee welding operations and manage a team of welders.
   2. Plan and allocate resources for projects.
   3. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
   4. Coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines.
   5. Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance.

• Minimum Education: Matriculation (High School Diploma) with technical certificates in welding or a related field.
• Certifications: MIG welding certification or equivalent technical training.
• Experience:
• Fresher: 0-1 year of experience (training provided).
• Junior: 2-3 years of hands-on MIG welding experience.
• Senior: 5+ years of proven MIG welding experience.
• Supervisor: 10+ years of experience with leadership skills.
• Skills:
• Proficient in MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• For senior and supervisor roles: Leadership and project management skills.
