Job Responsibilities You will work as part of a team providing safe and effective daily personal care, tailored to the resident's care needs in line with their current care plans. This includes ensuring all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence. You'll assist residents with tasks such as medical & personal support, domestic cleaning, and general admin duties. Additionally, you'll support residents with recreational and social activities, fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
