Title: Assistant, Customer Care (3 months Contract)
Location: Johor Bahru, MY Global Business Unit: CG Job Function: Client and Customer Services Requisition Number: 173495 Description:General Responsibilities
- Provide high level of services to the respective clients via courteous and efficient order processing.
- Responsible for processing all manual & EDI orders, managing trade returns, following up for credit/debit note issuance, and working with any ad hoc processes in Group SAP System.
- Handle all enquiries, requests, and complaints from respective clients or third parties to find solutions accordingly.
- Maintain an up-to-date price list and liaise with the correct business unit and department.
- Prepare, process, monitor, and follow up on all aspects of general administration.
- Assist in stock count exercises to ensure familiarity with customer products.
- Prepare sales reports: yearly, monthly, and weekly.
- Forecast with customer supply chain teams for unfulfillment due to out of stocks and monitor incoming or discontinued products to advise customers on placing orders.
- Monitor any disputes, rejections, or causes of lost sales.
- Accountable for all communications with relevant stakeholders including delivery, pricing errors, stock fulfillment, and documentation.
- Work by standard work procedures guidelines and provide information to all related parties to follow the procedures.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Improve both external & internal customer satisfaction.
- POD Scanning.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 1 year working experience in FMCG or related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with an interest in sales operation administration are welcome to apply.
- Good written & verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate in Microsoft applications - Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup), Word, PPT. SAP knowledge would be a plus.
- Must be meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Good at building relationships with clients; must have a friendly approach.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
