We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who excels in design, video production, content creation, and digital marketing to elevate our brand online.
Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, designing visually appealing content, shooting and editing engaging videos, and running ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You must have a proven track record with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, graphic design, and videography work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Design eye-catching graphics, flyers, and promotional materials for social media and ads
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for promotions, events, and engagement campaigns
- Plan and schedule posts using content calendars to maintain brand consistency
- Write compelling captions and ad copy that drive audience engagement
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and improve strategies
- Run paid ad campaigns on social media to drive traffic and event sign-ups
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community-building activities
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
- ️ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer
- ️ Strong graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
- ️ Videography & video editing expertise (Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro)
- ️ Ability to create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- ️ Experience in running successful social media ad campaigns
- ️ Excellent understanding of social media algorithms & trends
- ️ Strong copywriting skills for captions, ads, and engagement posts
- ️ Portfolio showcasing previous work in social media content creation & marketing
