Company Description Care.Fi is working at the intersection of two big industries – healthcare and finance. We are passionate about saving lives, challenging legacy systems, and making money (:p). We believe the next revolution in the Indian start-up ecosystem would be in the Health-Fintech vertical. To that end, we are building a revenue cycle management tool for hospitals to help solve for their delayed cashflows through a layer of tech-enabled tool built atop of our financing engine. Our comprehensive suite of revenue management solutions is designed to optimize revenue cycles, eliminate inefficiency, and improve margins for hospitals. We are a fun, young, ambitious group of ex-entrepreneurs, generalists, Biz Dev folks, and engineers from top institutes of the country (IIMs, IITs, BITS, Ashoka, etc.). We have previously built and scaled products to $100M Business across HealthTech and FinTech. We are looking for a like-minded individual to join our business team. We want you to have a PhD mentality – poor, hungry, and driven. Tldr - We are essentially solving the visibility and cashflow of a hospital. Looking for business folks on our journey from 1 to 10 Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business growth through actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience in managing financial performance, building data models, and providing strategic support. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with business owners to develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools that track key performance metrics, driving insights for growth and operational efficiency. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data from various product lines to generate insights that inform strategic decision-making and long-term business planning. • Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage P&L across different product lines, ensuring performance aligns with business objectives and financial goals. • Build Data Models: Develop and implement data science models to optimize risk management and improve collection metrics, enhancing overall business performance.Care.fi Technological solutions Private limited Requirements • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for making a meaningful impact early in your career • Eager to learn and take on diverse challenges in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualize key performance metrics effectively • 0-3 years of experience in data analytics (startup experience is a plus)• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required; knowledge of Python is a strong advantage
