- Identify, qualify and follow up on potential leads to expand our client base
- Establish aand maintains strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Analyse market trends aand competitors to identify new business opportunities and strategies
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet revenue goals
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and pitches tailored to client needs
- Attend industry events, conferences and exhibitions to connect with potential clients and partners
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline progress and performance metrics
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
- Proven experiences in business development, sales or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when required
