Department: SUPPLY CHAIN Key objective of job: Responsible for procurement and supply of products and equipment from receipt of Acquisition Appropriation to the award of purchase order and distribution for appointed Classification Buying Groups to support QP Oil and Gas Operations. Maintaining a high level of discretion, adherence to high standards and procedures, and ensuring compliance to QP Rules, Policies, Procedures, Standards, and Guidelines in the procurement process. Action emergency product needs. Support cost estimate and risk management procedures. Experience & Skills: Minimum 6 years' experience in purchasing equipment and products, ideally in the energy field. Membership of an international supply chain institution is desirable. Understanding of material technical specifications, standards, and service systems in the energy market. Education: Bachelor's degree, ideally in a significant engineering discipline. #J-18808-Ljbffr
