Job Title: Delivery Service Manager Qualifications:
- Any Graduation, Master of Commerce, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Management (Marketing)
- Onboarding & Rider Management: Manage the complete process of onboarding new riders with clients, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met and the onboarding process runs smoothly.
- Delivery Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of delivery services, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth coordination between riders and clients.
- Legal Assistance: Handle and provide assistance with legal matters related to bike riders, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Government Relations: Manage relationships with the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority), ITC (Inter-Transport Control), and other relevant government transport authorities.
- Compliance & Regulations: Collaborate with clients to ensure all rider-related regulations are strictly followed and met.
- Offboarding Riders: Lead and monitor the offboarding process for riders, ensuring a smooth exit while maintaining compliance with policies.
- Business Development: Drive business development efforts to expand and grow the delivery services division, identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Service Manager or in a similar role within logistics or delivery services.
- Strong knowledge of government transport regulations, RTA guidelines, and legal compliance related to delivery services.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with clients, government authorities, and vendors.
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth in the division.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.
- Experience working with delivery riders, fleet management, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of local transport laws and regulations.
- Previous involvement in business development or client management roles.
