Job Title: Social Media Coordinator Location: In-Office and Off-site at event locations around the GTA. A car is a must. Employment Type: Full time Superior Events Group, including LUXE Modern Rentals and Eye Candy Inflatables are industry leaders in the event industry. We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts across multiple brands. Role Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to create and manage the execution of our social media strategy while also creating engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) to showcase our brands. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and content creation. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing a social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Attend event setups and events as they happen. Plan, create, and post high-quality content (graphics, photos, videos, reels, TikToks, stories) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain content calendars and schedule posts to ensure consistency.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
- Track social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Support the marketing team in aligning content with broader business goals.
- You have an eye for style, understand and can communicate our brand voice
- Must have a portfolio of work to share. (Photos and videos)
- Links to accounts you’ve managed in past
- 1+ years minimum of experience in social media coordination, content creation, or digital marketing .
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Experience in video editing, graphic design, and photography (using Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Strong writing skills for engaging captions and storytelling.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising is a plus.
- Passion for the events and entertainment industry is a big bonus!
