As a key member of our hospitality team, you will oversee daily lunch and dinner services, staff guidance, and revenue growth strategies. By collaborating with residents on function planning, you will ensure their events are tailored to their needs and exceed their expectations. Your Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen and dining operations, including daily lunch and dinner services, staff guidance, and revenue growth strategies
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service and manage restaurant operations
- Work closely with residents on function planning, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Monitor food safety checklists, compliance checklists, and maintain strict adherence to OH&S policies
- Manage stock inventory, ordering, rotation, and amendments
- Complete staff rostering, development, hiring, and performance management
- Address day-to-day operational issues, including maintenance, cleaning, and performance concerns
