Overview: Our client is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our 20-person Level 1 Support team in a dynamic, international environment. This role replaces a retired team member and involves handling 3,000-4,000 calls annually. Responsibilities:
- Respond to client calls, emails, and tickets; log issues.
- Resolve basic technical problems (e.g., login issues, password resets).
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 with detailed reports.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base for common solutions.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and troubleshooting.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems.
