Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with the team to develop solutions using Java Enterprise Edition, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Additionally, your proficiency in the Japanese language will be essential for collaborating with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).

Actively contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

Design, develop, and test high-quality software applications using Java Enterprise Edition.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and fix issues.

Ensure applications are scalable, performant, and secure.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Language Proficiency: Japanese language skills are essential (at least conversational proficiency).

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Experience with database management systems such as Oracle or MySQL.

Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Java Enterprise Edition.
