Read more about us Role Overview As an Investment Analyst at 16VC, you will be at the forefront of our investment journey, helping us build our portfolio from the ground up. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, analyzing, and supporting early-stage investments while shaping the firm’s investment strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing & Screening: Identify and evaluate early-stage startups through market research, networking, and inbound deal flow.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industries, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Financial & Business Analysis: Assess startup financials, business models, and traction to build strong investment theses.
• Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by analyzing market potential, financial projections, product fit, and team capabilities.
• Portfolio Support: Assist portfolio companies (once investments begin) with strategy, research, and connections to help them scale.
• Investment Memos: Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal discussions.
• Networking & Community Engagement: Build relationships with founders, investors, and industry stakeholders to enhance deal flow and market insights.
