Supply Chain Compliance Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits of inventory to ensure there are no discrepancies, ensuring the execution of newly introduced processes, and identifying bottlenecks that may hinder operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular and ad-hoc inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
2. Track and report inventory findings to match records.
3. Monitor implementation and adherence to new processes and procedures.
4. Ensure staff training and compliance with supply chain protocols.
5. Analyze supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline operations.
7. Use data analytics to evaluate supply chain performance and identify trends.
8. Create actionable reports for management to improve compliance and performance.
9. Coordinate with operations, logistics, procurement, and inventory teams.
10. Maintain compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
11. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
12. Recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and tools in the supply chain.
13. Maintain accurate documentation of audits, compliance checks, and corrective actions.
14. Organize and file records for future reference.
15. Develop and deliver training programs on supply chain processes.
16. Ensure staff adherence to compliance requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management roles.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with supply chain management software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) will be preferred.
6. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Knowledge of supply chain regulations and best practices.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
9. Proactive approach to process improvement.
