Customer Service Agent – French - Based in Egypt
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Working Hours: 8 AM – 8 PM (7-Day Shift Rotation)About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Deliver accurate information and assist customers with their queries
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and service quality
- Work according to a structured shift schedule, including weekends
Requirements
- Fluent in French (B2 – C1 level)
- Must have successfully completed secondary school qualification or equivalent
- Comfortable working on-site
- Willing to work in a 7-day shift rotation (8 AM – 8 PM)
