Date Posted: 2021-04-20-07:00 Country: Singapore Location: 18 Bedok South Road, Singapore Job Summary: Perform financial and operations accounting, reporting and analysis in accordance with accounting principles and standards; to align organization's financial resources and ensure it complies with all relevant regulations, law and reporting requirements. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Managing Accenture Account Payables Outsource team and responsible for all Account Payables, expense claims matters, e.g. expenditures accrual at month-end, resolution of suppliers' queries timely etc. Expenditures trend analysis and variance commentaries to internal and external stakeholders, including corporate head office. Support payroll related activities, analyze payroll data, e.g. overtime analysis to ensure compliance of statutory OT limit. Co-ordinate with Accenture in inter/intra companies confirmation and preparing monthly inter/intra companies settlement submission. Provide support to site operation finance team in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) matters. Preparing monthly cash flow forecast and monitor cash balances of bank accounts. Liaise with bankers, local management and Corporate Treasury on ad-hoc banking/ payment issues. Perform self-assessment and testing in accordance with Corporate Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Ensure accounts and subsidiary ledgers are kept in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS), International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and corporate policies and procedures. Prepare reconciliation schedules for external/internal auditors and tax consultants. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, customers or suppliers with regards to relevant issues/ queries. Support internal/external financial audit and tax audit. Lead / support continuous improvement project within Finance department as well as cross-functional team projects. Support all other finance ad-hoc and special projects as required. Job Requirements: Degree in Accountancy or equivalent (ACCA, CIMA) At least 5 years' relevant experience, manufacturing experience is advantageous. Knowledge/experience in managing Share Service, FP&A, Sarbanes Oxley, SAP and HFM is advantageous. Strong Excel skill. Possess good knowledge of US GAAP and local statutory requirements on relevant finance, legal, and tax issues. Dynamic and highly driven with the ability to respond to a changing business environment. Excellent people management, communication and leadership skills. Possess high level of integrity, accuracy and attention to details. Forward looking with good strategic and analytical skills. Develop system and processes in order to drive efficiencies.
