Beauty Advisor (Islandwide Location)

With INNISFREE, step beyond the simple outer charm and discover every beautiful moment of yourself. Job Responsibilities: Promote our brand’s skincare/makeup/haircare products over the counter. Build relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service. Perform skincare consultations and product demonstrations over the counter to customers. Meet personal and counter targets and complete tasks on time. Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions. Ensure accurate sales entry in the POS system and member database. Ensure adequate protection measures in place for data compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) regulations. Maintain store housekeeping and VMD display. Maintain good conduct and comply with instructions, policies, and regulations. Accountable for cash till and deposit of cash, where applicable. Job Requirements: No experience is welcome; training will be provided. Preferred to have 1 year of retail sales experience in the beauty industry. Proven sales track record. Good interpersonal skills. Independent, driven, possess initiative, and optimistic. A good team player. Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends, and public holidays).
