Product Manager - Personal Finance & Mortgage

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to achieve asset business growth.
2. Collaborate with digital, technology & marketing teams to launch innovative products to improve digital sales, revenue growth, customer experience and drive innovation.
3. Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Governance & controls functions to maintain & modify existing Cards & Loans products.
4. Understand market trends and customer insights to plan and steer product strategy.
5. Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
6. Implement digital sales tools, platforms, and automation technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
7. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement.
8. Monitor and report on digital sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security protocols, and ethical standards.
