A Plant Operation Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a plant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. They manage the plant's resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets and quality standards. The Plant Operation Superintendent plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the plant and its employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise the operation of the plant to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of employees and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and carry out necessary repairs and maintenance activities.
- Analyze production data and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Holding a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering .
- Strong knowledge of plant processes and equipment, as well as safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
