تفاصيل الوظيفة

1. Time Tracking :

Accurately record employee work hours, overtime, and leaves.
Monitor attendance and ensure adherence to schedules.
Maintain records of start and end times for shifts, breaks, and other time-related details.

2. Payroll Support:

Submit detailed and accurate time records to the payroll department within established deadlines.
Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies related to timekeeping.

3. Compliance and Policy Enforcement:

Ensure employee hours comply with labor laws and company policies.
Report non-compliance or irregularities to supervisors or HR.

4. Reporting:

Generate timekeeping reports, including hours worked, absences, and overtime.
Provide updates to management on workforce availability and productivity metrics.

5. System Management:

Operate and maintain timekeeping software or manual systems.
Troubleshoot issues with timekeeping systems and coordinate with IT or vendors as needed.

6. Communication:

Communicate with employees about timekeeping policies, missed punches, or errors in their records.
Serve as the first point of contact for time-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Experience : Previous experience in timekeeping, payroll, or HR is preferred.
Proficiency with timekeeping and payroll software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
