We transform podcast production, guiding creators through every stage from ideation to distribution. Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand’s mission. This role involves capturing, editing, and producing video content for podcasts, promotional materials, and social media platforms. Responsibilities:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for podcasts, promotional campaigns, and social media.
2. Collaborate with the production team to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies.
3. Ensure all video content aligns with PodMedia Network’s brand identity and messaging.
4. Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
5. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software.
6. Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility with different formats and resolutions.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in videography and video editing.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
9. Assist in pre-production tasks, including storyboarding, location scouting, and scheduling.

1. Proven experience as a Videographer, or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
3. Excellent storytelling and composition skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
7. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (is a plus).
8. Bahrain nationality (is a plus).

1. Advanced skills in video editing, including motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
2. Experience with photography and photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
3. Knowledge of animation and visual effects (VFX) is a plus.
4. Familiarity with podcast production and audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
5. Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
6. Ability to shoot and edit in various styles, including documentary, corporate, and creative storytelling.
7. Strong creative vision and the ability to bring ideas to life through visual media.
