Job Title: Lead QA Engineer Job Location: Gurgaon and Chennai Summary: We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software in the financial services sector. This role involves developing test frameworks, defining acceptance criteria, analyzing results, and mentoring QA engineers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in Agile methodologies, test automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test frameworks in collaboration with developers.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria for new features.
• Lead testing efforts to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering continuous improvement.
• Drive best practices in test automation, CI/CD, and risk assessment.
• Utilize AI platforms for script and data development.

• 5+ years in software testing with automation expertise (Python, Selenium).
• 2+ years leading QA/test automation teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and API testing (Postman, Curl, etc.).
• Experience with SQL for data validation and GitLab CI/CD.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Azure cloud services.
