Job Title: IT Network Engineer Company: Logical Network Solutions Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAEResponsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on network hardware and software for AMC customers.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to AMC customers via phone, email, or onsite visits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation for AMC customers.
- Generate regular reports on network performance and maintenance activities.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Proficiency with network hardware (routers, switches, access points).
- Implementing & maintaining PC/desktop, Server, IP Phones, Firewall, NAS Storage, and Email Hosting.
Requirements:
- Male
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
- Inside UAE (if outside UAE; do not apply)
