• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties to meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide tailored property listings based on client requirements and investment objectives.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the purchasing or rental process.
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords to achieve successful transactions.
• Prepare and manage contracts and legal documentation for property transactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, property laws, and regulations to provide expert advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Promote properties through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
• Collaborate with developers, legal advisors, and mortgage consultants to facilitate deals.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Broker in Dubai or the UAE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai property market and industry trends.
• Valid UAE Real Estate License (RERA Certification).
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ownership of a car and a valid UAE driving license.
