Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing, inspecting, and storing fresh ingredients to ensure food quality and safety. Analyze ingredient usage on a regular basis and make suggestions for changes.
- Ensure foods are nutritionally balanced and diverse to meet the tastes of company employees.
- Manage preparation times to satisfy dining standards.
- Maintain and service all cooking equipment to guarantee appropriate functionality. To prevent bacterial growth, deep clean the kitchen equipment and utensils on a regular basis.
- Ensure kitchen staff have appropriate personal hygiene and wear clean uniforms and their headgear.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards , manage trash properly, and maintain compliance with regulations in the kitchen.
- Clean the public areas of the dormitory and manage the facilities.
