Graduate Client Relationship Advisor

Company: Marsh Description: Marsh is seeking graduate level candidates for the position of Graduate Client Relationship Advisor. In this role, you will advise clients on moderately complex risks and negotiate transactions for clients under the supervision of Senior brokers. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. We will rely on you to:

• Assist in appropriate account/program documents and follow up on policy documentation, slips, invoices, etc.
• Identify and pursue potential opportunities to win new clients and projects.
• Assist senior-level Brokers in serving renewals and drafting RFPs to win new business.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers/reinsurers, clients, and colleagues.

What you need to have:

• You must be a UAE national (with a family book).
• Finance/Business related Bachelor's degree.
• Genuine interest in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
