- Drive sales growth and exceed placement targets by sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent with clients.
- Assess and understand client hiring needs and requirements to provide targeted recruitment solutions.
- Implement strategic recruiting methods to attract top-tier candidates, including job advertising and outreach.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist the best candidates for each role.
- Source high-quality candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct pre-interview screenings to ensure candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Match the most qualified candidates to appropriate positions, meeting client specifications.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, offering professional advice and support.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Conduct post-interview feedback sessions with candidates and clients, and manage job offer processes and salary negotiations
- Join client meetings and represent Hiredly X professionally and effectively.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Dynamic individual with at least 1 year of work experience in any field or job function
- Expertise in recruitment practices, with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices would be an added advantage
- Strong sales mindset with a strong determination to succeed
- Fluency or business level of English communication
- Ability to work under pressure and a dynamic environment
- Team player, self motivated and resilient
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients and candidates.
