Anuvaad Solutions, is an accelerator for knowledge translation, designed to translate the latest scientific evidence to inform policy action on India’s Health and Nutrition agenda.  Set up in 2021, Anuvaad’s scope of work has spanned across: evidence-based support for nutrition policy frameworks, mother and child nutrition, district nutrition governance, health systems data, mapping of India’s dietary patterns, science communication and promoting convergence between nutrition, health and agriculture. Roles and Responsibilities   Employee’s primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:  Team coordination  

  • Support the team for coordination with various stakeholders including the government, academia and development partners. 
Field Engagement/Travel  
  • Travel to field/states & UTs for meetings, stakeholder engagement, data collection and project implementation. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local government officials, community members, NGOs, and other key stakeholders in different states and UTs to ensure the successful implementation of pilots and date collection. 
  • Conduct site visits to collect field data, perform monitoring activities, and assess the progress of pilots. 
  • Prepare field visit reports, documenting key findings, challenges, and recommendations for program improvement or strategic adjustments. Report these insights with senior management and relevant stakeholders. 
  • Organize and manage travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning, to ensure smooth field visits and meetings. 
Research and Documentation  
  • Support the team in report writing, scientific review, drafting policy briefs, preparing decks and evidence translation for policy action. 
  • Conduct secondary reviews and data analysis, if required 
Research Deliverables Management  
  • Lead the management of all study material archives and contact information for key stakeholders and experts involved in the project. 
  • Update organization internally on local developments & tracking project deliverables. 
Communication and Administration  
  • Supervise the communication vertical and administrative team. 
  • Supervising the management of vendor with relevant records keeping. 
  • Assist in organizing stakeholder policy roundtables, consultations and webinars. 
  • Support the team in posting out the social media content on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Anuvaad’s mailing network. 
  • Support the team for facilitating convergence and leverage support from other partners, particularly for peer networking & policy roundtables.
  Expected Skillset:
  • Strong program coordination and management skills. 
  • Excellent drafting, writing, and communication capabilities. 
  • Willingness to travel to field locations as required. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. 
  • Experience in nonprofit or public policy sector 
  Qualification:  
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in the area of public policy, health systems strengthening and public health nutrition. 
  • A minimum of a master’s degree in Public Health , Public Policy , Nutrition Science , or Social Sciences
  • Working experience in the nutrition sector is strongly preferred.
