Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead a team of Technicians to perform preventive/predictive maintenance of AVL Equipment and Adventure Facilities to minimize equipment and facilities downtime. Perform troubleshooting, repair/rectification, and replacement works for AVL Equipment and Adventure Facilities. Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for defects rectification works. Lead a team to perform setup of AVL equipment such as microphones, speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, sound, and mixing. Maintain and audit stock inventory of AVL and Adventure spare parts. Any other relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical). At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Adventure/Audio Visual Lighting. Certification in Sport Climbing, Abseiling, Challenge Rope Course, and Rope Access are preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Possess a positive working attitude and be an excellent team player.
