Overview We are seeking an Expert MIS (Systems and Network) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining a variety of systems, networks, and electronic equipment. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

Desktop and Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops and servers. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Network Infrastructure: Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Manage switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
Audiovisual Systems: Oversee the installation and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
Database Management: Support and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Time and Attendance Systems: Manage and troubleshoot time and attendance systems to support workforce management.
CCTV and Security Systems: Install and maintain CCTV systems and other security electronics.
Application Support: Provide technical support for enterprise applications and ensure they are functioning as intended.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures. Generate reports on system performance and incidents.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff and departments to identify and resolve technical issues. Provide training and support to end-users as necessary.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems and network engineering.
Proven expertise in managing and maintaining desktops, servers, networks, and security systems.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Willingness to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
