The ideal candidate is someone who loves the craft and discipline of graphic design and is eager to continue to develop and grow their creative talents. The role suits the open-minded; you may be creating content for social one day, designing a brochure or ad the next, and working on animation the following day.Reporting to our Design Director alongside creatives, video team, copywriters, and strategists to produce engaging content. Within this role, you'll be exposed to a variety of opportunities and will be required to use your creative skills to deliver excellent design for a broad range of clients.Working as part of an integrated team, you'll be an excellent communicator, good at juggling multiple projects, and have enthusiasm for raising the bar with your work.QualificationsCurious, creative, and proactiveSmart, direct, and a clear communicatorAn optimist that's calm under pressureMulti-task masterTypography nerdDigital and social nativePhotoshop pro with a discerning eye for art direction and image selectionAn Illustrator whizz that loves crafting vector artworkFresh thinker who embraces challenges and new methods of workingWorking in a fast-paced environmentA cultural spongeDesign trend guruResponsibilitiesWorking closely with Design Directors, Art Directors and Strategists to produce attention grabbing designs for digital and printCreating work that's engaging, liked and sharedDesigning social posts, gifs and short animationsReformatting and resizing artwork for multiple specifications and channelsCreating storyboards and treatments alongside Art DirectorsPulling design and cultural references to define ideas and support conceptsProducing slick client and pitch presentationsPromoting a creative culture across the agencySkillsProblem-solvingPacked with initiative, accountable and dependableAdobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft PowerPoint and MacExtra — Animations and Adobe After Effects skillsExperience working on local / regional / global brands3+ years' experience in fast-paced, integrated agency environment
