Manager Quality Control

The successful incumbent should be familiar with the following:

1. Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
2. Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation and knows about ISO-9001.
3. Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and guide these objectives with other managers/employees/subordinates.
4. Analyzes statistical data and product specifications to formulate quality standards.
5. Minimize comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
6. Investigates and corrects customer/dealers/stakeholders' complaints regarding quality.
7. Can handle problems/trouble shooting related to all manufacturing processes.
8. Mainly handle the Quality lab, including Rheometer and other machines.
9. Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality of tyres/tubes and safety policies.

Job Specification

An engineering degree with 8 years of relevant experience in the tyre and tube industry. Motorcycle parts information, process types, and relative information. Good command of Excel/Microsoft Office. Good communication skills, good decision-making skills/problem-solving skills.
