Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational matters within a defined region.
- Retain overall responsibility for the operation of all branches within the region.
- Ensure operational requirements are met at each branch within the region.
- Continually review operating systems and analyze performance.
- Report any failing areas/departments to the Operations and take corrective measures immediately.
- Communicate regularly with Operations regarding branch performance, highlighting areas of concern and improvement.
- Develop, implement, and update best practice operations policies and procedures.
- Provide a monthly report detailing the operational status and health of all company activities within the concerned region/province.
- Regularly visit branches to ensure operations are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
